WHAT IS AFFILIATE MARKETING?
Affiliate Marketing is an automated online system for getting paid to promote a product, service or event. What makes it different from traditional business referrals and incentive programs like getting a membership credit from your local gym for bringing a friend to sign up, is that affiliate marketing is all online, all automated and does not have to be done by someone who knows you personally nor uses your products or services. An example is when someone knows an industry or niche like beauty products and they have a website where they publish articles, blogs and reviews and compelling content inspiring readers to click through to a different website where the products are actually sold. They earn commission when people click thru and buy the products. The person with the products for sale is the merchant. The person driving traffic to the merchant is the affiliate. HOW ARE SALES TRACKED?
Sales are tracked is by signing up with a neutral 3rd party platform to which both the merchant and affiliate register their websites. On the platform, the merchant lists what products and services are available for promotion by affiliates; the merchant also uploads text, images and videos for the affiliate to access and use on their website to drive traffic to the merchant. The 3rd party platform serves to mediate all activity between the two parties and track click from the affiliate to the merchant.
HOW DO I GET PAID?
When you register as an affiliate with ShareASale, you'll be guided through setting up your profile and settings, including preferred payment method (e.g. physical check, direct deposit, etc.) so that ShareASale can manage commission payouts from the merchant to the affiliate. When you make a sale, ShareASale pulls funds from the merchant account and deposit those funds to your affiliate account balance in real time and then issues payment according to your preferred payment methods.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE CANCELS OR REQUESTS A REFUND?
There are no refunds. Your commission will remain paid out in the event of a cancellation, requested refund or date / camper transfer. Cancellation of attendance must be received 10 days before camp start date in order to receive full credit applicable towards a future camp. Cancellation received within 10 days before camp start date will receive credit in the amount paid minus a $250 cancellation fee. The credit does not expire and is transferrable to another person for an additional $500 transfer fee.
WHAT'S THE PAYOUT FOR UPSELLS AND ADD-ON'S?
The initial standard affiliate agreement pays out $250 for main packages sold. There is no payout for add-ons to start. You're welcome to apply for a commission bump to include add-ons after certain milestones are met. ARE WE ALLOWED TO OFFER INCENTIVES?
You're welcome to offer / advertise / promote a $400 coupon / discount from the regular price of $5999 to incentivize your audience to purchase the main package. Our website advertises $5599 as the “early bird pricing” ($400 off regular / retail) if they sign up by a specified date relative to each camp's start date. As an affiliate, you'll have the choice of driving traffic to individual camps or driving traffic to the full list of available camps. Either way, the $400 discount / coupon is available to you to help boost sales. Ad copy must not imply that you specifically are making the $400 coupon available to them or that you hav exclusive rights to this promotion. Currently we do not offer any discounts or special promotional offers for any other of our services or add-ons. HOW MANY CAMPS CAN I PROMOTE AT ONCE?
You may promote individual camps or all available camps at the same time. Whichever you choose, be sure that your ads accurately represent the camp (s) you are promoting and do not confuse the audience in any way with false or misleading statements as to the availability of upcoming camps, expected headliners, camp counselors, hosting studios or performance venues. Occasionally, camp details change and you must show good faith and exercise best efforts to inform your audience of changes as the information becomes available. Please regularly visit our public website to stay on top of camp updates. Do NOT drive traffic to our public website as your sales cannot be tracked if someone signs up through this link. - Email Blasts - using images, videos and copy provided by or approved by Rock n' Roll Fantasy Camp.
- Landers - using images, videos and copy provided by or approved by Rock n' Roll Fantasy Camp.
You may suggest or request new or custom copy and/or creatives to be used in your publishings. You may use such material once written consent has been received. You are welcome to reach out anytime if you are unsure whether your ads fall within the approved guidelines.

Furthermore, Affiliates are not allowed to publish:
- Ad creatives that are not provided by or approved by Rock n' Roll Fantasy Camp
- Ad copy or creatives that makes promises, suggests or implies that attendance can or will result in some boost or advancement in one's musical career.
- Ad copy or creatives that makes promises, suggests or implies that attendance can or will result in forging of personal relationships with and/or access to the Headliners, Counselors, Staff, Campers or Participants.
- Anything that suggests implies that they personally know the Headliners, Camp Counselors, Staff, Campers or Participants.
- Anything that overstates or exaggerates your relationship with Rock n' Roll Fantasy Camp, it's Headliners, Camp Counselors, Staff, Campers or Participants.
- Anything that defames any person, venue, event or activity for the purpose of manufacturing or boosting interest for clickbait.

Our events involve musical artists who are protected by various copyright laws and you must therefore follow applicable laws, rules, regulations, terms and conditions in order to remain in good standing as an affiliate of Rock n' Roll Fantasy Camp.
