The Nashville camp celebrates one of the biggest rock groups of all-time: JOURNEY! The legendary band’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members JONATHAN CAIN (keyboards/songwriting) and STEVE SMITH (drums) will share their insider stories about the music industry, and you’ll get to perform with Steve LIVE at one of Nashville’s hottest clubs. Extra Bonus! Campers who sign up for the Recording Package will get to record a song at Jonathan’s Addiction Recording Studio, and produced by Jonathan and his producer David Kalmusky (Journey, Vince Gill, John Oates, Hunter Hayes).
We are also thrilled to welcome guitarist extraordinaire NUNO BETTENCOURT to our Nashville camp. Nuno may be best-known as the lead guitarist for the Boston rock band EXTREME—as well as the co-writer of their massive hit, “More Than Words”—but he has also toured with Rihanna, teamed up with Jane’s Addiction frontperson Perry Farrell in Satellite Party, and was one of the five absolutely fierce guitar stars in Steve Vai’s Generation Axe 2018.
This camp also features FRANK HANNON and BRIAN WHEAT from TESLA, the Sacramento, California melodic hard-rock quintet that has sold more than 25 million albums.
And don’t forget that Nashville is Music City, so plan to have surprise rock-star guests drop in from time to time to talk to your camp band. Anything can happen at Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp!

What happens at Camp?
Rock and Roll Fantasy camp is a fully interactive, participatory camp with a non-competitive atmosphere. There's no audition here! Whatever your instrument---be it voice, guitar, bass, keyboards, drums, etc! ---we will make sure you can make a meaningful contribution.
Simply fill out our questionnaire and we will place you accordingly: in a band with other like-minded, similarly skilled fantasy campers all ready to rock. Whatever your level of proficiency---from lead guitar to rhythm guitar to air guitar!---you'll find your abilities and confidence grow as you rehearse under the constant guidance of one of our amazing rock star counselors!
These master musicians won't simply coordinate your band, they'll inspire you in a series of intimate master classes on your instrument, stage presence, and everything rock and roll, along with tales from the road and our newest class, THE ROUNDTABLE, where you can bring YOUR original song to work on with our incredibly talented and skilled rock star counselors. You will prepare for your jam session with our incredible headliners as well as your two live performances.
There will be Q&A’s with our headliner and rock star counselors, parties, catering, your road crew and so much more! In the upcoming days you will jam live on-stage with Jonathan Cain and Steve Smith from Journey, guitarist extraordinaire Nuno Bettencourt, and Frank Hannon and Brian Wheat from Tesla, take photos, and get your memorabilia signed by them as well. Plus, your band will perform live at the Nashville’s hottest venue with Steve Smith from Journey!

The Recording Package is an add on available only with the purchase of a Headliner package. The Recording Package includes an 8-Hour Session at a Professional Recording Studio with a Professional Producer. An extra bonus included in the Recording Package is special guest Tony Bongiovi! Our amazing Recording package addition is where you will spend a full day in a professional recording studio with your band and a legendary rock 'n' roll record producer. You and your band will fully experience what it's like to go into the studio and record with a producer who will capture your skills in pristine digital audio format that you can share with all your friends and family... You will arrive at the incredible POWER STATION recording studio in the morning, where your producer, Tony Bongiovi, who's worked with legendary artists from Jimi Hendrix to Bon Jovi to Aerosmith, and gear will be all set up and ready for you. You and your band will learn the ins and outs of recording a song, how things work in the recording studio and see what it's like to work with a world-renowned record producer.
Also, at this camp we are offering our package specifically for beginners. Rockstar 101 package-a customized package for beginners. This package is specifically for the man or woman who is just starting to learn an instrument or who has always wanted to learn an instrument. We have customized this program with you in mind. Your rock star counselor will get you prepared and ready for will jams with the amazing headliners and your live. Completely non-competitive, and no experience necessary.
We have the Jr Rockers Program for ages 10-16. This is the perfect program for your up and coming rock star. Their rock star counselor will mentor your child throughout camp, as they encourage them in developing their musical skills, live performance skills, working in a band environment, and so much more. They will participate in master classes, jam rooms, counselor jams and perform two live shows at Hollywood's coolest nightspots.-Limited spots available
